Fuck no. Doom 3 was a game that everyone and their mother was waiting for and that was annoyingly dark and that fucking flashlight that won’t attach to your fucking gun so you can see and shoot like a fucking sane person instead of trying to shoot, check where the monster is with the muzzle flash, adjust to the newish position of the monster, shoot again, find out you didn’t hit it again, lather, rinse, repeat.

I do own the game, but it was so frustrating once you are transported to hell that I just quit. Otherwise, Doom 3 was fucking beautiful and I hope Doom 4 will scare the piss out of me just like every other Doom did- running away screaming and firing blindly.
